Description: This project aims to improve the student timetable page for the USask website. At the time of writing, this page is often visited only at the beginning of each school term and looks unpleasant. Our approach to fixing this problem is to make it aesthetically pleasing and add additional functionality and information to it in order render this page useful over the course of a school term.

 

Additional information we will add includes but is not limited to: highlighting the current day,  highlighting current on-going events with the time also displayed (such as observed on the iOS calendar app) and a share feature that allows students to share their schedule to social media and in various formats such as pdf, ical, or as an image. The majority of the work will be in navigating the intricacies of the current page layout and extracting information relevant to improving the page.
